You will be welcomed at Royal Canin into Customer Service Team, and create new reports arround KPI of customer Service Team: Productivity, Efficiency and projection link to sales ambitions.

Every day will be different, but your main activities will be:
In the first half part of your internship, you will discover Royal Canin’s Environment with a focus on Supply Chain and Customer Service Satisfaction and you will learn our ERP and BI tool.
In the second half of your internship, you will recommend and produce Dashboards to better manage our activity and our future needs.

Description of Ideal Candidate:
You are in Bac +4/5 of University or business school with a Finance Background
You’re dynamic, and curious.
